Weekend stay here was nice, definitely a spot to return to. Loved that it's so close to Maastricht and in a bustling market area. the restaurant here served up some seriously tasty food! 🍴

The bed sleeps OK, but the top mattresses slide away. It would be easy to make this more comfortable.

Hotel had only been opened one week before our visit but everything, well almost everything, was in order. High quality finishings, very stylish, excellent breakfast buffet and all supported by brilliant, welcoming and extremely helpful staff

No restaurant in the building - this is located at a sister hotel, Hotel Luxemburg, 150+ metres away on the main square of Sittard which rules out use of a baby phone

I recently stayed at the Merici Hotel for a week-long vacation. The staff were excellent, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. The breakfast each morning was top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's renovation of the old monastery was beautiful and added a unique touch to my experience. The underground parking was convenient and easy to use, only costing EUR 10 per night.

During my Christmas stay, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The central location allowed me to easily access nearby restaurants and cafes. I particularly enjoyed the safe and secure underground car park. The modern rooms were well-equipped with rain shower and coffee facilities.

The mobility access to the hotel was not suitable for those with disabilities as there were steps leading to the reception. the breakfast could have been better with limited options and low-quality coffee.
